Stay-Out Confinement Nanny Services in Singapore

Congratulations on the birth of your baby!

While it is a very special time as you experience the miracle of life and enter into a new phase of your family life, it is usually also quite a difficult period of adjustment. We fully understand this and don't want you to feel alone! We want to journey with you and help you transit and find your family's new equilibrium sooner.

Traditionally, confinement nannies are a bit of a hit-and miss to hire, and you are usually stuck with them (or their agency) for at least a full month, with thousands of dollars downpayment made. Baby Planner SG offers a new concept in Singapore similar to Postpartum Doulas offered in other contries. We focus on building your confidence in finding a sustainable way forward in your new life, according to your lifestyle preferences.

Sleep Training Services

Why Stay-Out?

We have many reasons to offer stay-out confinement nanny services:

1) Our main aim is to help your family find a sustainable way forward in your new life. We hence want to help you build confidence as you embark on your new parenthood journey, and so unlike traditional confinement nannies, we do not take over parts of your life for you temporarily.

2) We spend our time with you not only helping you get the rest you need while recovering from birth and adjusting to your new life. We also spend it educating and showing you how you can always ensure you have pockets of rest to look after your mental, emotional and physical well-being.

3) We teach you baby care methods to help your baby sleep better at night. So nights aren't too tough at all, and you get to enjoy all the privacy you should have as a new family!

Some insights into what you can learn with our Stay-out Confinement Nanny Services

The key to maintaining mental, emotional and physical health after you bring your newborn home is to establish a routine that works well for both the baby and every other member of the family. The key aim our Postpartum Support is to help each family discover what works best:
(i) to ensure mummy produces enough breastmilk for baby
(ii) to ensure baby gets enough milk and sleep
(iii) to ensure mummy and daddy get enough rest
(iv) to ensure daddy and mummy both gain confidence to look after baby and each other without external help
