1. About these Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the purchase of services and products offered by BPSG Private Limited (UEN 202535081R) (“Baby Planner SG”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore. They form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and Baby Planner SG.
By purchasing any service or product from Baby Planner SG, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C. If you do not accept these T&C, please do not purchase from us.
These T&C work alongside our Terms of Use (governing your use of babyplannersg.com), our Privacy Policy (governing how we handle your personal data), and any additional terms specific to particular services.
2. Services and Products Offered
Baby Planner SG offers a range of perinatal services and personal-shopping services, including (but not limited to):
- Private Prenatal Classes and Group Prenatal Classes and Workshops
- Stayout Confinement Nanny and Postpartum Doula Services (multiple tiers)
- Lactation, sleep, weaning, and potty learning consultations (in person and via video call)
- Baby Planner consultations and family-preparation services
- Personal shopper services
Current service offerings, package contents, and prices are published at babyplannersg.com. Prices and package contents may change from time to time; the price and scope displayed and agreed at the point of booking are what applies to that booking.
3. Eligibility
To purchase services and products, you must be:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Singapore law.
4. Bookings, Payments, and Confirmations
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or a non-refundable deposit where specified). Payment may be made via the methods displayed at the time of booking, including credit card payments, bank transfer, PayNow, and any other methods we offer.
A booking is not confirmed until we have:
- Received your payment (or deposit).
- Confirmed the booking in writing (email or instant message).
- Agreed any specific scheduling, location, or scope details.
5. Cancellation Policy — Home Visits, Consults, and Classes
For in-person and virtual services such as home visits, consults, and classes, the following cancellation policy applies:
Full refund if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment. No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Each Customer is entitled to one free reschedule per booking, subject to availability.
Important note:
We may, at our sole discretion, accommodate late cancellations or reschedules on a case-by-case basis — for example, where there is a genuine emergency or unforeseeable circumstance. Any such accommodation is offered as a goodwill gesture and does not establish any right, precedent, or contractual obligation. The 24-hour notice requirement remains the operative term of the contract.
Cancellations must be requested and accepted in writing — email to hello@babyplannersg.com or via the messaging channel we have agreed with you. Verbal cancellations are not effective.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Pre-service Cancellation
If you cancel before the first scheduled visit of any of our services and at least 14 days before that scheduled date, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid. Within 14 days, a cancellation fee of 20% of the package price applies; the balance is refunded.
6.2 Mid-package Cancellation — General Principle
If you have begun consuming a Stayout Confinement Nanny package and wish to cancel the remainder, the refund is calculated based on the effective tier rate applied to all visits consumed. The general principle is:
Refund = Original package price − (All consumed visits × effective tier rate per visit) − (Bundled Pocket Nanny access pass deduction, where applicable)
Where:
- “Effective tier rate per visit” is determined by dividing the price of the next-lower Stayout Confinement Nanny/Lactation/Weaning package by the number of visits included in that lower package.
- If the package being cancelled is already the lowest available tier, the rate per visit applied is the prevailing ad-hoc stayout-visit rate published at babyplannersg.com at the time of cancellation.
- Once the number of consumed visits has been determined, ALL consumed visits are valued uniformly at that next-lower-tier rate (not a mix of rates).
- “Bundled Pocket Nanny pass deduction” is the prevailing single 1-Week Access Pass price multiplied by the number of bundled passes the Customer has activated. Unactivated bundled access passes do not attract any deduction.
6.3 Worked Examples
Note: the prices used in these examples are illustrative only. Actual refunds are calculated using the prevailing package prices, ad-hoc visit rates, and Pocket Nanny access pass prices at the time of cancellation.
Example A — Upper tier cancelled with few visits consumed:
Assume Stayout Confinement Nanny Ultimate is priced at $2,600 (10 visits + 2 Pocket Nanny access passes, illustrative), Stayout Confinement Nanny Lite at $850 (3 visits + 1 Pocket Nanny access pass, illustrative) while the published ad-hoc single Stayout Confinement Nanny Visit price is $320 (illustrative).
A Customer purchased Ultimate, consumed 2 visits, did not activate any bundled Pocket Nanny pass, and now cancels.
- Consumed visits: 2 × $320 = $640 deducted.
- Pocket Nanny pass deduction: nil (no pass activated).
- Refund: $2,600 − $640 = $1,960.
Example B — Upper tier cancelled with more visits consumed plus an activated pass:
Same package prices and rates as Example A. Assume the prevailing single 1-Week Pass price is $89 (illustrative).
Customer purchased Ultimate, consumed 5 visits, activated 1 of the bundled Pocket Nanny 1-Week Access passes, and now cancels.
- All consumed visits valued uniformly at the Lite effective rate: $850/3 x 5 = $1,417 deducted.
- Pocket Nanny pass: 1 activated pass × $89 = $89 deducted.
- Refund: $2,600 − $1,417 − $89 = $1,094.
6.4 Notes on the Pocket Nanny Pass Deduction
A bundled Pocket Nanny pass is considered “activated” the moment its 7-day or 30-day window has been started, regardless of how heavily it has been used. Once activated, the pass is non-refundable regardless of subsequent usage level (see Pocket Nanny Pte Ltd’s Terms & Conditions of Sale, Section 9). For bundled passes that have not been activated, no deduction applies and the unactivated portion of the package value is refunded.
7. Personal Shopper Services — Returns and Refunds
For personal shopper services where we source, purchase, or curate products on your behalf:
- Sourcing fees and consultation time are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Products purchased on your behalf are subject to the original retailer’s or manufacturer’s return policy; we do not separately accept returns of these products.
- Where we have sourced a defective product, we will assist you in liaising with the retailer or manufacturer for remediation, at no additional cost.
8. Code of Conduct — Mutual Respect
Our services are personal and often delivered in the privacy of your home, during emotionally significant times. We treat every Customer with care and respect, and we expect the same in return.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services, with or without refund, where:
- A Customer or anyone in the Customer’s household harasses, threatens, or behaves abusively toward our team.
- The home environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise unsuitable for our team to work in (and reasonable remediation has not been agreed).
- There is a fundamental breach of trust, including but not limited to false information at booking, harassment of other clients, or attempting to extract trade secrets.
In cases of termination for cause under this Section, refunds may be partial or withheld at our reasonable discretion, taking into account the circumstances and the value of services already delivered.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:
- Our services are professional but not medical or clinical. We are certified baby planners and postpartum doulas — not doctors, lactation consultants (IBCLC), or licensed therapists. For medical concerns, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of any single booking is limited to the total amount you have paid us for that booking.
- We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including (where applicable) liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services involves the processing of personal data. We process personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy, available at babyplannersg.com/privacy.

11. Disputes
11.1 Mediation First
If any dispute arises out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve it through direct discussion. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, the parties shall refer it to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) under its mediation rules then in force. The costs of mediation will be split equally between the parties unless the mediator determines otherwise.
11.2 Carve-out for Urgent Injunctive Relief
Either party may apply to the Singapore courts at any time for urgent injunctive or equitable relief without first proceeding through mediation.
11.3 No Class Actions
Disputes must be brought individually. You agree not to commence, join, or participate in any class, collective, or representative action against BPSG Private Limited in any jurisdiction in connection with these Terms or our services. This does not limit your individual rights under Singapore consumer protection law.
11.4 Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to Sections 11.1 and 11.2, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising under these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to existing Customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current Terms are always available at babyplannersg.com/terms-conditions.
